Abstract

The digital era demands that individuals possess advanced and well-directed financial management skills. This workshop focuses on enhancing public understanding of financial planning through the development of Dream-Oriented Strategic Financial Planning. The workshop engaged 60 participants from diverse socio-economic backgrounds using a participatory education method. The workshop integrates both theoretical and practical approaches to personal financial management, covering income analysis, budget planning, investment diversification, risk mitigation, and long-term financial projections. Expert speakers in strategic financial planning employed interactive teaching techniques, case studies, and hands-on financial planning simulations. The research findings indicate a significant transformation in participants' understanding, with 85% of attendees successfully developing more systematic and structured financial strategies. This workshop contributed to improving financial literacy, reshaping financial management paradigms, and assisting individuals in designing a financial future aligned with their personal vision.
