The rapid development of digital technology has significantly transformed various aspects of life, including the business world. Network marketing, also known as multi-level marketing (MLM), has gained popularity as a business model that allows individuals to build their own distribution networks and earn income from product sales and recruitment of new members. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of seminars in educating and shifting the business paradigm of network marketing among the community in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations to gather data from seminar participants. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding and perception of network marketing post-seminar. Key challenges identified include limited support and training, and societal skepticism. Effective strategies such as utilizing digital platforms, building strong relationships, and continuous training were highlighted. The findings suggest that proper education and support can enhance community engagement in network marketing, thus positively impacting local economic development.
