The era of academic digitization requires lecturers to have advanced and integrated reference management skills. This workshop focuses on improving lecturers' competence in using Mendeley as an effective and efficient digital reference management tool. The workshop involved 35 lecturers from various study programs at the Faculty of Economics & Business using participatory learning methods and hands-on practice. The activity integrates theoretical and practical approaches to academic reference management, including software installation, reference import, library organization, citation style, and research collaboration. Experienced speakers in digital reference management employ interactive teaching techniques, live demonstrations, and guided practice. Evaluation results showed a significant transformation in faculty members' capabilities, with 90% of participants successfully operating Mendeley independently and integrating it into scientific writing. The workshop contributed to enhancing research productivity, standardizing citation formats, and promoting more systematic academic collaboration.
