This study explores the role of human resources in fostering entrepreneurship through the Ramadhan & Berbagi Bazaar in Tembilahan, focusing on UNISI students. Employing a qualitative approach, data was collected through observation and photo documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the data analysis procedures outlined by Mills and Huberman, informed by achievement motivation theory, locus of control, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. The findings reveal that this event plays a significant role in encouraging students to start new businesses, providing a platform for testing business ideas, and building skills and self-confidence. Strategies include entrepreneurship training, active participation in the bazaar, and social media promotion. Challenges include a lack of practical experience and capital. Students overcome these with mentor guidance and collaboration. The event also enhances social awareness through interactions with the community. In conclusion, the Ramadhan & Berbagi Bazaar significantly boosts the entrepreneurial potential and social awareness of UNISI students.
