PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN TERHADAP KAPASITAS TEKNIS ASN PADA KANTOR SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and knowledge management on the technical capacity of Civil State Apparatus (ASN) at the Secretariat of DPRD Indragiri Hilir Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The total population of 46 ASN employees was used as respondents through total sampling. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25.0. Results showed that: (1) job satisfaction positively and significantly affects ASN technical capacity (t-count = 3.732, sig. = 0.000 < 0.05); (2) knowledge management positively and significantly affects ASN technical capacity (t-count = 3.694, sig. = 0.001 < 0.05); (3) simultaneously, both variables significantly affect ASN technical capacity (F-count = 24.631, sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination R² = 0.534 indicates that 53.4% of the variation in technical capacity is explained by the two variables. These findings confirm that improving job satisfaction and implementing systematic knowledge management are essential strategies to strengthen ASN technical capacity in local legislative support offices.
