This study explores the understanding and experiences of Generation Z regarding fintech, focusing on their awareness and usage of digital financial services. Through interviews and observations conducted during a community service event in Tembilahan, it was found that most participants had limited knowledge of fintech concepts despite actively using various financial applications.
