This community service aims to optimize the human resource potential of craftsmen in the Cibaduyut area. Through this activity program, strategies are designed to improve the skills, knowledge, and welfare of the craftsmen. The implementation method includes organizing training, workshops, and other supporting activities to help craftsmen face the challenges of the shoe processing industry in Cibaduyut. The results of this program are expected to strengthen the competitiveness of Cibaduyut artisans, improve their quality of life, and support economic growth and sustainable development of Cibaduyut artisans.
