The research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of state civil servants at the Siak Regency DPRD Secretariat with a population of 150 people and a sample using the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using google forms. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that humble leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (hypothesis 1 is rejected), humble leadership has a positive and significant effect on trust in leaders (hypothesis 2 is accepted), trust in leaders is positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and humble leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior through trust in leaders (hypothesis 4 is accepted).
Indra Agus SetiadiM. https://ingreat.id/index.php/amnesia/article/view/150

Salmah HarunNasir Nasir

https://ingreat.id/index.php/amnesia/article/view/174

This study investigates the interplay between transformational leadership, sustainable organizational culture, and sustainable business management within high environmental impact industries, including energy, manufacturing, transportation, and construction. Employing a quantitative methodology, data were gathered from 287 managers and employees. The findings reveal that transformational leadership exerts a significant positive influence on sustainable organizational culture, which subsequently enhances sustainable business management. Moreover, sustainable organizational culture partially mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and sustainable business management, with an indirect effect. These results build on prior research by emphasizing the mediating role of organizational culture in industries facing substantial environmental challenges. The study enriches the leadership and sustainability literature by offering empirical insights into the mechanisms linking leadership to sustainable outcomes. Practically, it suggests that organizations should prioritize cultivating transformational leadership and a sustainability-focused culture to improve their economic, social, and environmental performance. The research highlights the need to align leadership strategies with cultural values to achieve enduring sustainability objectives.
Huy Hoang DoanThi My Linh Tran

https://ingreat.id/index.php/amnesia/article/view/178

This study explores the integration of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles in developing sustainable, inclusive, and innovative organizations, while also preparing future leaders who are adaptable to change. The research highlights the role of green organizational culture as a mediator linking GHRM practices, environmentally focused training, and green innovation—collectively enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency. Findings indicate that effective GHRM implementation contributes to reducing carbon footprints, optimizing resource management, and fostering workplace diversity. Meanwhile, DEI practices have been shown to improve talent retention, team collaboration, and employee satisfaction, ultimately enhancing overall organizational performance. However, challenges such as resistance to change and work-related stress remain significant barriers that require adaptive and collaborative implementation strategies. Thus, the integration of GHRM and DEI is expected to promote a forward-thinking and sustainable work environment and support the emergence of future leaders with a strong commitment to sustainability.
Maria Praska Saputri

https://ingreat.id/index.php/amnesia/article/view/182

This research investigates how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and the principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are integrated in developing sustainable, inclusive, and innovative organizations, as well as in preparing future leaders. The research delves into the significant role of Green Organizational Culture as a mediator that connects GHRM practices, environmentally-based training, and green innovation, ultimately leading to improved employee engagement and operational efficiency. The results also suggest that successful implementation of GHRM can lessen carbon footprints, improve natural resource management, and foster diversity in the workplace. Simultaneously, the DEI principles have been shown to reinforce talent retention, collaboration, and employee satisfaction, eventually boosting organizational performance. Nevertheless, this research also highlights obstacles in implementing GHRM and DEI, such as resistance to change and work-related stress, which call for adaptive and collaborative strategies. Therefore, the integration of GHRM and DEI is anticipated to establish an innovative and sustainable workplace and to prepare future leaders who are adaptive to change and global challenges.
Irma Pauwah
