This research aims to analyze the role of communication in improving the quality of human resources (HR) through the activities of selling and sharing takjil during Ramadan in the community of Tembilahan. In the context of selling takjil during Ramadan, effective communication plays a significant role in HR development and the success of these activities. This study employs a performance evaluation approach that involves observation, surveys, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the research show that good communication in the selling of takjil during Ramadan in the community of Tembilahan has a positive impact on the improvement of knowledge and skills, social awareness, solidarity, community engagement, and strong relationships between sellers, customers, and the community. Effective communication strategies include clear and informative messaging, appropriate communication media, community involvement, and building strong personal relationships.
