PENGELOLAAN SDM PADA MASYARAKAT NELAYAN SUKU DUANO CONCONG LUAR KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR

This study aims to analyze the human resource management (HRM) in the fishing community of the Duano Concong Outer Tribe in Indragiri Hilir Regency. The Duano Concong Outer Tribe is a group of fishermen who possess rich cultural heritage and traditional knowledge in fisheries management. The research methodology employed interviews and participatory observation to gain a profound understanding of the HRM practices carried out by this community. The findings of the study indicate that the HRM in the fishing community of the Duano Concong Outer Tribe in Indragiri Hilir Regency is based on local knowledge and traditional wisdom that have been passed down through generations. The community has a system of task allocation based on the knowledge and skills possessed by each member. Additionally, they have traditional mechanisms to address conflicts and maintain solidarity within the community.
